Despite knowing I will be coming after your office hours, you still waited for me to come over and prepared the sim card within minutes. Even patient enough to answer all my queries as this is first ever experience buying a tourist sim card. When I had trouble activating my sim card, Hello1010 was super responsive via email and I managed to use my simcard in Australia with hassles free. Highly recommended.
