I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive book 2 of 2 for several weeks later. There was no communication. It was not shipped until I sent an inquiry. No response to my inquiry was received.

I never received delivery of my order. I emailed you immediately to let you know and have had no response. Please refund my money or replace the product.
