The first wallet I got

The first wallet I got was slightly damaged. Customer Service arranged to ship out a new wallet. There was a delay in getting the replacement wallet to me as stock had to be replenished. I wasn't told this originally. Several days went by with no shipping status from Customer Service. Eventually I was told about stock replacement and when my wallet would be shipped.
