I was disappointed that when I emailed in regards to a name printed on the inside of my brand new hat (the name Juan was clearly printed) that I was not offered an apology or could return the hat to her one which was unnamed. Apparently they were all signed.

I'd like click and collect as an option. Purchases are always well packed and arrive in a timely manner.

The whip itself is easy to use although the quality of material is very poor. The fail continued to brake everytime I was trying to get a good crack. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this whip to anyone. Had to buy a second whip at the merch tent at my event just so I was able to participate in the whip cracking contest.
