Great service, overall. I don't have a single complaint. Not only was my experience easy and free of any obstacles or frustrations, but my items also arrived quickly and packed appropriately. Nothing was damaged, the receipt was inside as it should be, and they even included a "free" grinder. A cheap, plastic grinder, but still free nonetheless and also rather large. All of my items worked as expected, and they really give the illusion that they truly care about your experience. They even offer their customers coupons for 15% off the next order, just for leaving a single review on an item (regardless of whether it's good or bad, of course). That's good business.
