Purchased and paid for item on 5-14. Item was out of stock with no ETA available. Gluegun.com shouldn't charge a credit card until the item ships. And you should advise the customer that the item they purchased is out of stock at the time they place the order. I had to inquire about the status weeks after the order to find out any information.

We bought the DM2X 200/400 glue gun from this company and it did not come with the screws and pads to attach to the plungers. It should have come with these. We have reached out multiple times and no response. Buyer beware.

Not only was it the wrong product, but also the wrong size. Arrived 3 weeks after I ordered.

Never received the proper tips-nozzle for the glue (ASI) I purchased. My communication with Mike Price has ended, and I ordered tips elsewhere. Frustrating to say the least.

I still haven't received the order.
