I had some trouble entering my Cr card details. Almost immediately David on the service desk called me with some good advice and then even gave me a second helpful call. It’s great to know there is a real person at the other end.

I found this site via Kayak.com and it has been great. Got all my confirmations and went on and checked with the airline and i was able to change functions, that you can't usually change going through another site. Thanks
