My partner and I have the same/similar last name which is Williams (we aren't married just a coincidence), but my last name is actually William (without the 's' at the end) Globehunters picked this up and thought it was a typo and tried their best to get a hold of me to ensure the details I entered were correct. Even though the details were right, i really appreciate the time and effort they took to ensure that no mistakes were made. Well done for paying attention to detail and making sure we get on our flights :)

After finalising the purchase, the Company's Rep immediately phoned me to confirm that my full names given is the same as in my passport. That is just indicative of an excellent eye for details and top customer care. I got my e - ticket the next day. Will definitely buy again from Globehunters should there be any good deal on offer.
