I found the booking experience straight forward and user friendly. I experienced one problem but that was to do with my bank and credit card clearance and when I raised the matter with Globehunters they responded immediately and explained what to do. The matter was resolved and they held the ticket at the original price even though it had gone up in the interim whilst I resolved my problem with my bank. Globehunters remained in contact with me via email and telephonically until I received my e-ticket. I cannot fault their service and would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else I know.
