If globehunder is not willing to compensate my extra expenses, I consider this fraud. I will file a complaint with Transport Canada. Selling something as having Baggage included and then not including is Ridiculous. Globehunters is the worst travel agent I ever booked at and I will never use Globehunters again!

Hello there , I am a frequent flyer and would.still.be interested in booking with globehunters if this could be resolved , I recently booked my fight , and my inbound flight was booked wrong , once I called and came to the conclusion of having to pay 100 dollars in change of fair difference , I said I needed to call back to.confirm. after calling 30 times being constantly disconnected I finaly got through to an offer of three hundred dollars .

They overcharge for flights and charge you a massive cancellation fee, even if you find a cheaper flight within an hour of your booking

It took two days to get a confirmation email, and by the time I did, the price of my flight had decreased a lot in other sites and NOT in Globehunters (no best price guarantee). I was not able to purchase luggage or select seat. Also limited schedule of the call center, so I could not resolve the issue of luggage easily.

After my initial booking using Amex was confirme I got a 2nd notofication that my order has beem cancelled. The explanation I was given that security criteria for the credit card O used were not met, I used a Master Card and thing seemed fine. The surpriise came in Amsterdam ehen cheching in and where I found that my luggage was not included in the initial price despite the fact that I asked to be considered - I was taking a 3wks vacation which was obviously implying some consistent stuff I had to carry with me. Conclusion: I had to pay on the spot additional €88.00, almost 25% of the price I aid for my A'dam - Toronto flight!
