We have wait more than 12 ours before to know the paiement was right

good service but I would have liked to be able to book my seats. Big deception.

I had to wait about 7 hours to get my e-ticket which had worried me a lot. The people at the Globehunters phone were telling me I would get it it in “a couple of hours”. Please tell the truth to your customers. This will avoid lots of worries. Thank you
