Great but not so great.

The bike itself is fantastic and my daughter loves it. I accidentally ordered the travel bag and cup holder (didn't untick it from the order, and even though the main bike came with a cup holder). I got In touch with customer support and all was well, got everything sorted to get the bag and holder sent back. This was sent back 1st class, signed and recorded, and I'm still waiting for my refund, they told me they are investigating but I have all the proof my side to say it was delivered and signed for in the week. We're now at week 3 of waiting for my return, on Thursday I was told by a someone that they would check the warehouse and then process the return and I've heard nothing. However despite this issue, the bike is great and would recommend this bike for all! But it might be easier to buy from Amazon as returns are easy and straight forward if there's a problem.

a wheel is a wheel, hopefully it will serve well. but the screw holding the wheel in place was not similar to the old one, that is dissapointing considering it is all supposed to be new (it was), from the same manufacturer (who, by the way, should know what types of screws are originally used in the scooter and should have sent me the same replacement one), not from some ebay or amazon, plus the delivery charge..too expensive

Globber does not understand customer service

Initial response is pretty late and didn’t help me at all (Ann). Follow up was friendly, provided me some information and tried to help me by informing about possibility to ship (Kaya). Then the initial employee (Ann) took over again and forwarded me to Globber. com. Which hasn’t responded to my question in 2 weeks as well. Zero stars for Globbers customer service, two stars because at least one employee understands that trying to help is better than doing nothing.
