Ordering was easy and shipping was faster than expected!

Made a return for the proper size easily, although I didn't receive any notice that the distributor had received them back. I just hoped they got there and waited, and one day, the proper size arrived, which is good, but it caused a bit of unnecessary worry.

Customer service was an easy contact. I had to exchange and return to get the right fit between 2 styles before settling on the right fit. Giro accepted the returns and paid the return. I REALLY appreciated that since it is a difficult and timely task to shop for any footwear without trying it on.

The website was easy to use. The order came quicker than I expected. The packaging was good. I would order from here again.
