Gift wasn’t delivered within 24 hours, it was late by couple of days.

First the delivery’s guy gave the wrong package. Secondly the bouquet had more leaves than roses which could’ve been placed with more roses. The delivery was made sooner than expected so that was great!

The stuff delivered on time but the cake did not look as advertised as there was no chocolate on top and i was also informed that the bear and cake came in a dirty bag. they need to work on their presentation when delivering. other than that service was decent

I was very disappointed with the cake that I ordered, it looked nothing like in the picture, and was truly embarrassed at the final product delivered since it was a gift to my nephew. It was not decorated nicely at all and yet I was charged such a high price! I ordered a ferrerocher nutella cake and it tasted just like a regular chocolate cake! very very disappointed! would never order from this company ever again!

Extremely unprofessional service. I will never use them again.
