Shipping sucked. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I called customer care. Stacie, would not send me a new order after three weeks of me waiting on my order.
Stacie was stuck on tracking the lost package and send it to me. This is food in someone else's care, not knowing the conditions of their lifestyle, she still was determined to send me that lost package. So I disputed the order with my bank. Stacie is not a good customer care person at all, she talked about the company and the money they would have lost if she sent me another package. Not my money that I trusted frontier coop with, or my health requirements.
