Service is fine at in my experience i got quick answer and help on my E-mails

Very quick to ship and had products that i could not find anywhere else. However there was no shipping information for my order.

The content of the box is very good and I tried lots of products I wouldn't have bought otherwise. The shipping delays are a bit annoying I received the last two boxes the following month. Also the handling became rougher towards the last boxes. The first ones got here in perfect condition but the last ones were a bit crushed. The products were never damaged though. I don't think I'll re-subscribe right now but maybe this summer when I fly more.

Love the shipping times, service has always been great, any issues I've came across have been fixed and we love the surprise of "what's in this months box"
