I would say overall I am happy. There were some boxes that were disappointing, then others that were simply awesome. I love their customer service. They really go out of the way to help their customers, at least in my experience.

Box is enjoyable :) Shipping is crazy fast.. 3 days from USA til Norway!? Come on.. DHL is full send!

Shipping could be better.

Pretty good crate. Missed shipping deadline a few times but delayed charging me. Using FedEx smartpost is just awful. Charge $10 to ship and use true FedEx or USPS priority.
