Everything was great including product quality, packaging, and timely shipping. The only problem was that the spacing of the holes on the template were about a quarter inch short.

There is nothing I don't like about this product. Easy to install, VERY strong, extends 2 feet out (not many shelving products do this). It has totally transformed the vertical space in the garage that I can now take advantage of.
