Product arrived quickly and was easy to install. I am very pleased with the quality and weight capacity of fleximount storage products.

A well made product, installed myself being 77 years old, used on 12' ceiling knowing I would only be able to lower it to about 3' from the floor which was fine with me because I was only putting light boxes on this. The hand crank I need to somehow extend further because it's not long enough for a 12' ceiling, only 9' or less. Biggest time consuming part was adjusting the template to the ceiling. This is the most important step. Would definitely recommend this product.

The 4x8 option more than doubled my garage storage. Holds sports gear, musical instrument cases, tools, Christmas decor, and more. Easy to install with stud finder, drill, and ratchet set.
