A couple hours after my order I realized I somehow ordered the wrong size (my fault, I'm sure). I emailed and asked if the order could be changed, but was told it could not be changed because it was already "on its way to you [me]". In fact, the shipment didn't actually leave the warehouse until five days later, according to tracking.
No sweat off my back, I didn't need it in a hurry and I'm happy with the purchase, but I feel a little bad about the waste of shipping it back and forth (for the return) when it seems like there should be a way to fix an order while it's still in the warehouse.
