Shipping delivery is ok, shipping package needs some improvement, proper packaging should be done for the items especially for perfume and skin care products.

Good discounted price however availability is the issue which I faced.

The perfume came in a box as if was from amazon. No wrapping with Faces logo or brand name this was a birthday gift ! No samples no card nothing of nothing!

The perfume leaks whenever you spray it and leaves patches on the cloth especially on white clothing. You will have brown patches like juice or something has poured on your cloth

Prices are too high on many products.. no samples are given unlike other beauty brands
