I have a big concern on Faces Gift Voucher which the customers get with certain amount of spending, all popular perfume brands are excluded from the gift voucher, so what's the point of giving a gift voucher which I can't use? I lost 2 vouchers without being able to buy anything with them and they got exoired, and if I knew from beginning the conditions I would not have purchased perfumes to get the vouchers. Please have a look on your gift voucher policy of the included brands

Delivery took forever not as other websites that deliver in max 24 hrs some even on the same day

I doubt if the products are genuine. I bought CH Mystery Leather, TF Ombre Leather and Valentonio Uomo Intense. None of them perform well. Of all TF smells good but the longevity is too less. less than an hour.
