I had some issues during the delivery because the tracking number was not working and they couldn’t find my tracking number and my account so I didn’t even know if the package was coming or not. At the end it arrived after 10/15 days and the product was good

My order was very late but very good service, they paid the difference back

I was very happy with my experience. The shipping service messed up, which is why i only received my packet 2 weeks after it was supposed to come. I understand that that’s not your fault whatsoever. Your customer service was very nice when i told them about it and offered to help me. Thank you so much for the pieces!
