I talked about it in my product reviews but you guys gave me the best customer service I've ever had for sure. The woman I spoke to on the phone genuinely seemed to care that there was an issue and that tells a lot about a company. I think at least. The issue I had was fixed and then they went above and beyond to make me happy. Oh also the issue wasn't even on their end. It was on the store that I bought it from not rotating their inks and shaking them regularly. If whoever is reviewing this can see who the woman was that handled my issue, tell whoever is in charge she deserves a raise!
