Emma Sleep - NZ

After weeks of being led on, I ended up cancelling my order. I was told repeatedly that the mattress was on its way, when in reality it was never sent in the first place. I don’t even think it was in the country. Shame, I was looking forward to the mattress, but did not have weeks to spend waiting as I moved into a new apartment. Overall, communication was bad as I was always redirected to customer service in Europe. I am located in New Zealand.

Poor return process

Appalling customer service . They were rude , unhelpful, resulting in me not getting the mattress that I was looking forward to getting.

Took 3 weeks to get a refund after supplying evidence of pick up (per their instructions). Not good
