Not happy

Just alright.. might purchase again only if i cant find an alternative

Customer support was fantastic, really genuinely helpful I would rate the customer service department 5 stars all day. My issue is with shipping and delivery, I was told 2 to 7 days but that was weeks ago now. I had to reach out for shipping details and then the delivery status of my mattress hasn't changed in 7 days. I don't even know if I'm still getting a mattress at this point. For all I know they have dropped it off on the side of the road. If you fix anything, fix your 3rd party courier. Go with Mainfreight or something but PBT is terrible

The shipping was a bit disappointing as we received the topper very quickly but only received the mattress 4 days after the topper. Also the communication about the status of delivery is non-existing.
