Ordering was a snap, adding extra word stiching was easy, delivery was good, staff was extremely helpful and very responsive. The only thing was timing in delivery and embroidered work. Took to long for embroidery to be completed and missed receiving it before WTM 2016 in Vegas race. But nevertheless it is still a great product.

I was sitting on the cusp between sizes. Your recommendation was to go down a size if this was the case. My suggestion is that if your primary purpose is to use this dryrobe as a change robe, order up a size. I couldn’t change with the zipper done up. There just wasn’t enough room. My solution was to face the inside of the car, leave it unzipped 3/4 of the way, and change from there.

I needed a replacement zipper pull and they weren’t able to send or sell me one; otherwise 5 stars.
