Although not diabetic, I do get swollen ankles, and always have cold feet. I am delighted with my new Dr. Segal's socks; they are warm, cosy, stay up and don't dig in. I would have given 5 stars, but my order arrived missing one pair; however, customer service was prompt, apologetic, and I received my missing pair very quickly.

Little two tight on legs especially with leg swelling. The medical ones were too tight in feet and legs.
