My first package went MIA
My first package went MIA in shipping and I reached out to see if FBOMB could find out why it had been days and the tracking made it appear as though the package never left their state. They immediately sent a free replacement. Eventually, both shipments arrived and I tried to pay for the 2nd and received no response. I guess that means I got a free shipment and I appreciate that very much. THIS is what customer service looks like and why I came back to spend lots more on trying out more products. Shipping went fine on subsequent orders. Thanks!
