Messed up my order

I was confused because I received an email saying my order had shipped but then only received half of it in the box. I considered calling or emailing to report the error, but this was straightforward on the website so I decided to give it a couple of days. A few days later, another box arrived with the remainder of my order. Very strange that 2 small boxes (and extra shipping) were involved for my order of 2 items- seems wasteful.

Service was fine, price a bit high but had a coupon.
