Love the taste and product!

I've tried many protein shakes over the years and have always been a little disappointed in them and sometimes downright grossed out. They are expensive and it sucks to have to dump them down the drain if you don't like them or to suck it up buttercup and just drink the grossness. So going in, I was already skeptical about Pirq, especially after reading maca in the ingredients. I don't have any positive past experience with maca; in fact the only experience I had with it prior to trying Pirq was a gritty bag of it I bought at Trader Joe's. Unpleasant to say the least. So when I twisted the cap off the first container and saw that familiar maca-tinged color, I thought to myself, "Oh boy, this cannot be going anywhere good." I took a sip straight from the carton and was pleasantly surprised at how DELICIOUS it was. I chose the Caramel Coffee and was immediately hooked. The flavor was smooth, not gritty, it wasn't overly sweet to me, the caramel coffee was subtle but you could tell what it was, and the drink was THICK. As usual, I poured the contents into some iced espresso and made a coffee-house-type beverage and I loved every sip of it. I also purchased the Golden Vanilla and the Decadent Chocolate and they are also amazing. If you're on the fence about Pirq, give their sample 3-pack a try. I'm sure you'll love them, too.

pirq caramel coffee tastes like a smooth caramel. It is nicely sweet, but not too much.

Love the Golden Vanilla flavor, it's not chalky like other protein shakes and my kids love it too!!!

This has been my go to grab and go in the mornings before leaving for work. Once upon a time I would wake up early and make scrambled eggs and now I prioritize sleep and my stomach can’t handle solid food in the morning. I need something to function in the morning so I’m glad I found this which contains the most important thing needed: protein! I enjoy the taste of coffee and caffeine but the caffeine in here doesn’t provide me with enough energy. I also like that it has super ingredients that are good for the body and that it is a good calorie count and macros.
