Code (singular) arrived quick, but whole site and pruchase experience is very amateur

OK. First you notice that the whole website has to re organise itself as you scroll through screenshots. Then you notice as soon as you ad to cart, you get taken straight to the cart, with no continue shopping option. This is not a bug, it's a limitation, only ONE game can be purchased at a time. Then if you continue to buy you notice who bare and amateur the site looks while entering your financial details. Then to make matters worse, After I received my key (which I admit did arrive quicker than some of the other smaller sites) I then received TWO invoices. From different senders, with different invoice numbers. I presumed I had been charged twice, but waited to see my bank statement before complaining. My bank was charged many days later and only once. Then I received this invitation to leave a review, saying "Thanks for buying {product}" I didn't censor that, that's exactly what is written. They can't even automate a thankyou email to include the game I bought. I say "they" but as far as I can tell this seems like it's been made by one guy in a bedroom, using a free website creation service like wix, or googlesites.

I never received 3 of

I never received 3 of my Steam keys for 3 different orders and never been refund. I contacted DreamGame and never received an answer. You can only order one item at the time, and can only pay by Credit Card or transfer, who is completely impossible for order under €1... and since you can order only one product at the time, and not regroup your order in a global purchase, you can see the problem... no PayPal or other solution. Site Web to avoid...

Real bad experience so far.

Not trying to be too negative, but as a first time Dreamgame customer, I've had a pretty bad first experience. Did not receive my game serial key, and there's no section for it on the website under my account info. Contacted support a few times now and still have not heard back. I've since asked for a refund, and haven't heard back about that either. I think the game is also region-locked to EU but there was no notification saying so on the actual game page, and I only found out about it after I had purchased it and read the FAQ section when I didn't get a key with my order. The website was real slow like AOL in the old days, and clicking the contact links on the FAQ page sent me to the "Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood" store page. On the plus side, the price and discounts for games on sale seemed good, but if you don't receive keys with purchase, there's no point buying from it. No point buying games that are region-locked and have no warning on the game's store page, or in the requirements section of the game's page either. tl;dr 1. The website was slow and not well thought out, and buggy. 2. The game or "Package" itself "God eater 2: Rage Burst" had no warnings it was region-locked on it's page on the store. I've ordered from plenty of other websites/stores that aren't located in my region, and they ALWAYs put the actual region-lock warnings above the game's description/requirements. The only notice on the game's page is "NOTICE: Activation key must be used on a valid Steam account, requires internet connection. " 3. The Service has been real slow both on the website and for Customer support, and there's no indication that any of my support tickets have even been received by the staff, something that nearly any other website has usually on its account info pages, or even an automated e-mail saying the issue was received. Pic included is cropped but un-edited, and shows where the serial key is supposed to be, but is missing. It's also missing from the emails I've received.
