First order out of the last five that I didn’t get an email two weeks later telling me it was sold out that was annoying. I did not even get an apology both times. They were a birthday gift for somebody that waited for three months and got nothing. Customer Service agent swore somebody would contact me. I got nothing, so now if I do order it’s with absolutely no expectation I guess that’s the way things are nowadays
