Excellent post purchase customer service.
We purchased a bathroom vanity and noticed a few blemishes. Minor one on the side panel and more noticeable marks on the front left door. We reached out to customer service and requested a replacement door which were processed at no cost. However, two days later, the order was canceled due to the part being unavailable. To our surprise, we received another email stating that a full refund would be issued within 2–3 days and it was. We were genuinely surprised, as we had only expected an apology or perhaps a partial refund. Truly went the extra mile for customer satisfaction!
