Great site to navigate! Looking forward to receiving my items with as much ease!

Ordered a Panasonic Bathroom fan and it arrived as scheduled damaged by UPS. Took pictures and wrote general@decorplanet.com an email explaining it and that I was going to try to test it and maybe I could bend it back into shape and make use of it. They didn't even ask if I was willing to keep it or ask for it back. Next thing I know i get an email the next business day with a tracking number for another one on its way! Amazing!

I placed a very large order with Decor Planet including quite a few high end Toto items. My sales rep Todd Bruce was outstanding - very responsive providing competitive pricing, lead times, and making adjustments to my order - he was terrific to work with so I will definitely order from him again. I just placed my order a few days ago so I can't comment on my experience receiving the items - I'll update my review to cover that after my shipment arrives.

My experience with Décor Planet was amazing. I needed a replacement keypad for my Air Tub. I spoke to Todd who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I explained the problem and he contacted the manufacturer to see what part was needed. We had some other questions and Todd handled them all very quickly. We ordered the part, received it quickly, installed it and it’s working again. Todd made this experience seamless and provided excellent customer service.
