My only feed back is that I purchased a tub for a client and it did not prompt me to select a drain, so I assumed it was included and it wasn't. Please add prompts in cart for necessary items when customers are purchasing.

The website is user friendly. I needed to call to ask a few questions about the items I was buying and I talked to Todd on two separate occasions and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with and talk too.
