Ordering process very easy. Best prices for what I was looking for. Perfect size for my space

I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted on the website and in a last ditch effort, used the “contact us” option to request help. The response came within 24 hours with a link to the exact item I was seeking and an offer of further help if I needed it. Wow. Unexpected and wonderful customer service! I will shop here again.

Terrific customer service

When I couldn’t find the Santec replacement part for my shower, I was instructed by the manufacturer to check with Decor Planet. I called and spoke with Mario who asked if he could placed me on a brief hold while he called the manufacturer. Within minutes he came back with a price, which was very reasonable. Part ordered and just waiting for the delivery. GREAT SERVICE AND MARIO COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!
