Decor Planet staff are very accommodating when it comes to purchasing and returning items. I will gladly do business with them again.

Loved the customer service. I was being very indecisive after I placed my order and I went online to speak to a live chat agent to get my order canceled. The following week I changed my mind again and called in this time. Was able to speak to an agent and she was so quick to help handle my issues. Unfortunately my previous order could not be saved, but from my brief 5 minute conversation, the representative understood that I still wanted to try and salvage my order. She was able to message me quickly after our call to let me know that she would place the exact same order and apply the payment to that order. It's so rare to see such great service with people who understand the customer's issue and resolve issues in a timely manner. It was so effortless. I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone, but in the email Gretchen was the one handling my reorder. Thank you for all the help. Managed to make my remodel process that much easier.
