I ordered aftershave and you sent me bath fragrance!! And it was for a present!! Very very unhappy with you

I have placed two very big orders and only one arrived and so so so late and one 180 euros item was missing. The second order is still not here.

When I received my parcel the glass of the lavander parfume container was broken and the parfume spilled all over. What a shame!!!!such an expensive item disappeared all at once.
