Still waiting for shipping confirmation on 2 orders from more than a month ago

Die Bestellung wurde vom Lieferanten als "zugestellt" markiert, es ist aber nichts angekommen. Wo ist das Paket? Wo genau wurde es abgelegt?

I have 2 orders. One from a month ago and one from 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a notification that either has shipped

I hade several trouble to order your perfumes, in particular in paying with paypal and selecting my home adress (I'm from Italy). I loved your products but honestly I don't think I will be order again from your site, maybe from some retailer.
