My Cubii Jr2 came in a timely manner. I was very excited but there were missing parts, 4 screws required to put the machine together. I called customer service to report the problem. I am still waiting, 2 weeks of waiting, for the missing 4 screws to appear. The report I get is: "in transient." This is not good customer service.

received cubii but never did receive workout mat

Ordered a Cubii Jr on Feb 4/20 and received notice from UPS that a label had been created. A week later UPS tracking shows only the label amd have not received product. Contacted first customer service rep, they couldn't find my order number so they sent me elsewhere. The second CR rep found my order and apologized for the delay and advised it was going to be sent out with in a day or two and that UPS sometimes shows the label early. Another week and I contacted a third rep and told her about UPS tracking. She came back and told me the Cubii was shipped on the 7th. This information was not the same as the second rep. She told me that it was sent and sometimes it is delivered by UPS and the tracking doesn't show it. So I contacted UPS and she said they had not recieved the package at all. If they had it would have been delivered by the 10th. Now onto yet another customer service rep and they are telling me to wait for the package and return it, meanwhile ups has the order as return to shipper and it clearly shows that it was not even in the transit process. Their supervisor by email said to wait for the delivery and send it back. They will refund PayPal. There has been no refund and no delivery and it is now the 18th of Feb. I would not recommend Cubii if this is how they deal with their customer. Now I have to go through PayPal to try and get back the $280us the product cost. Very dissapointed at this point as the product was to help my aging father with his atrophy of his leg muscles. I hope others have better success.
