Very quick delivery time from when I placed my order. The website is very user friendly. The machine was very well packed with lots of protective materials. Communications were straight forward and friendly.

I've only had my Cubii for a few days; first, I have to say that I'm the least handy person in the world, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the easy, clear instructions on assembling the pedals, as well as the carefully packaged screws--it even came with its own screwdriver! I hurt my knee a few days before it arrived, so I've been just using it gently, but I'm very happy with the purchase. I suffer from severe Restless Legs Syndrome, and it was my neurologist at the Sleep Clinic who recommended I buy a Cubii--her other patients have found it helpful. So when the restlessness gets really bad, I use the Cubii and my legs settle down--the restlessness can be really unbearable, so it means a lot to me to have a way that I can help the symptoms. its a good website but not that easy to get around in, and its based on questions not answers, meaning if you dont have the right question you wont get the answer but i guess thats normal, just try the search engine to ask you query.
