Customer service was great when I noticed I had made a mistake in my order. Shannon helped me get this corrected and adjusted to meet the shipment.

I love Creative Bag. I’m so glad I get to buy my packaging from a smaller business.

Great service as always.

Easy to purchase, great quality, fast shipping! Will be ordering more for sure :)

Great service! Items were delivered with care. I have been shopping at creative bag for years and will continue to do so.
