I realised when I ordered that the auto-fill information omitted the unit number from my address. I emailed customer support straight away and they replied really quickly that they’d reach out to dispatch to try and amend the address. Super prompt replies. The dispatch team did actually write the correct address on the send slip, and I got the parcel next business day. I really appreciate the efforts and communication. Kudos to your customer teams!
