My son's nose was always stuffy and he snored a lot, due to allergies. For whatever reason, using this on a regular basis has helped subside his stuffy nose and he sleeps better. I bought an extra one for myself. Any sign of a stuffy nose (sneezing), I use it and I haven't gotten sick yet!
