Telephone staff are friendly and knowledgeable whether placing an order or enquiring about a product. Goods are well packaged to protect smaller, more vulnerable items. Shipping is prompt with regular updates on dispatch.

For online emails the response time is too long, I ordered some goods which were never received and still have not heard anything.
