Great job

Totally satisfied with the Cheese Club [lower tier for now]. Please remember to let the cheeses come to room temperature. BUT a major surprise is how the cheeses are wrapped! Not in the usual butcher paper and difficult to manage never mind rewrap tape, but tossed into a reusable special bag which keeps the cheeses safe for an unnecessarily long time. Just plunk the cheese back in and fold the bag over a couple times. No more plastic wrap off trying to refold the smaller chunk of cheese into too much butcher paper. No local cheese shop uses this?! Thank you, Gourmet Cheese Club. I’m currently awaiting
