The service and delivery were excellent. There was however a small flaw in the plastic step area probably from shipping. When I received the box packaging it was partially opened at the top of the box and some of the product was scattered from shipping. Otherwise the product fit great.

I placed an online order for a front strut for my Tundra as I only needed one. Drew from Cheapest Factory Parts emailed me to ask if it was a mistake. I ended up asking him to hold the order so I could confirm that I had ordered the right side. Drew waited until I sent him a confirmatory email then immediately entered the order and got it shipped. It arrived quickly and was the right part. Would order from them again.
