Arranged my refund without too much bother

No idea when the item was dispatched by Casio. In searching for another delivery at my local post office I discovered the Casio parcel languishing there. No communication from ParcelFarce nor Casio to explain the item was abandoned several streets away...

Poor customer service, when returned no information given if and when you received the item back, no communication to how long refund would take or even if agreed. Service member was frankly rude and obnoxious. For something that should have been really simple he made things difficult after I gave him the information
