Lovely clothing- prompt delivery for online shopping. Well packaged.customer service in the shop in Edinburgh that I visit when I’m there is really great.

I live in Canada so mostly order online but do pop in store if I am in the UK. Have always had lovely service either shopping in person or shipping.

There was a delivery problem with the chosen courier, my package went missing. Though in the end it was still solved, I found my package. I prefer if Brora went with different courier.

First order as customer overseas, good experience with delivery and quality of the clothes. :) Traceability for goods dispatch could be quicker.
